New patient appointment (deposit) - £40.00

First visit: Initial consultation and examination.
Total price of the appointment is £58, you will be charged a £40 deposit to reserve the space and the remaining balance is due at the appointment.

Child new patient - under 16, over 5. (deposit) - £40.00

Child new patient/ Initial consultation and examination. Must bring parent or guardian.
Includes a private consultation with the chiropractor and extensive physical examination including orthopaedic, neurological and chiropractic testing.
Total price of the appointment is £56, you will be charged a £40 deposit and remaining balance is due at the appointment.

Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment online, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health Declaration
Please do not attend the clinic if you are feeling unwell with symptoms of a contagious illness, including but not limited to:

Fever

Diarrhoea or vomiting

If you are experiencing any of the above, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

While the clinic follows strict hygiene protocols, attendance is at your own risk.

c) The new patient deposit (booking fee) reserves the appointment for you. This fee is non-refundable as once booked, this time is taken out of the diary so no-one else is able to book. Once the deposit is paid, you have to pay the remaining balance at your appointment. i.e. If booking fee is £40 you pay 58-40=£18 at the appointment. Patients who are too late to be seen or miss their appointment will lose the deposit and have to pay it again if they would like to rebook as a new patient. Unless self-isolating.

2. Attendance and Cancellations
You must ensure you keep and are on time for your appointment. Missed appointments and patients who are too late to be seen will incur a fee and will lose their deposit. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 24 working hours’ notice. You are able to change your appointment online. For Monday appointments please notify us on Friday by 10:00 am. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a full cancellation fee.

3. Service Descriptions
Descriptions of services provided on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. The chiropractor will determine the most appropriate clinical actions at each visit based on your individual needs and presentation.

4. Clinic Cancellations
In the event of an emergency, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), the clinic reserves the right to close or reschedule appointments. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the next available date.

5. Booking Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct appointment type. If you book a standard visit without first completing your initial consultation, examination, and report of findings, you will not be seen and may still be charged for the appointment. Also if you book a standard visit and have not been to the clinic for 1+year you may still be charged and have to book a reexamination.

6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. In some cases, pre-payment may be required—particularly if you have missed or rescheduled appointments multiple times.

7. Repeated Cancellations or Rescheduling
Patients who cancel an appointment several times, or patients who reschedule the same appointment/s more than once may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance.

Patients who book an appointment several weeks ahead and then cancel short notice will be asked to pay for future appointments in advance or may not be re-booked as per clinic policy.

We reserve the right to cancel someone's appointments in the diary if someone repeatedly cancels or reschedules an appointment or if we feel the patient is not following our advice or any recommendations provided, or if it is in the patients best interest.

8. New Patient Appointments
The first visit - the new patient appointment, involves a detailed consultation and examination only. On the second visit (after the Chiropractor has had a chance to analyze the findings and formulate a treatment plan) a report of findings will be given followed by treatment (if safe).
Please note: The verbal report of findings given after the initial consultation must be given within 2 months of the initial consultation, otherwise the time period has been too long and you will need to be re-examined.

9. Outstanding Balances and Card Charges
This is a private practice and all outstanding balances must be settled at my appointment. I consent to pay the current
fee for each appointment. If there is an outstanding balance or If I am too late to be seen or if I fail to show for my appointment or fail to give 24 working hours’ notice of cancellation I understand the clinic reserves the right to charge the current full appointment fee and this fee may be processed from the payment details provided at booking, ie card details the clinic has on file, in accordance with your consent.

10. Appointment Duration
Duration varies with appointments.
As a private healthcare clinic, appointments are billed per visit, not by time. Additional services (such as X-rays, letters for insurers, reports etc) will incur a separate fee if required. Our fees are competitive and reflect the quality and clinical expertise provided.

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to change. The most current version will always be available on our website.
